VAADI ORGANICS ship across Mauritius and our orders are dispatched within 1 business working day of the order being processed. We deliver through our own delivery boys.
We provide free delivery on all orders above Rs 500. For order less than Rs 500 will attract Rs 75 as delivery charge.
Delivery time is within 3-4 working days after dispatch depending upon your location.

Order Confirmation Emails
As soon as you complete your order online an automated confirmation email will be sent. This allows you to check the accuracy of your order and shipping address. If you don’t receive this email soon after placing the order, please check your junk mail folder. If for some reason you are unable to locate this email please contact us at support@vaadiorganics.mu
Import Duties
If your orders are entering the USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Norway, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand or many other countries, you do not have to worry about import fees. Most of these countries allow upto a certain value of goods without any import/customs fee.
There are some countries where it is possible you may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, GST (VAT) or quarantine fees upon receipt of your product. These charges are separate from VAADI ORGANICS shipping charge and we have no control or influence on these charges and payment of these charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
All our courier partners will contact, guide and assist you with the payment of these charges (if any) and promptly deliver the shipment.
Missing Orders
There is no risk to you!
Since we deliver via our own delivery boys, there is no risk for your order.
Incase an order is lost by our delivery boys, we will dispatch another order within 1-2 days as that is the time required to coordinate on the lost shipment.
